Enio Bonchev's rose oil distillery is nationalized by the Bulgarian government. It continuous working until 1967 when is turned into a museum.
The distillery in Tarnichene is given back to the lawful owners. The inheritors of Enio Bonchev renovate the distillery and start again production of Rose oil

We have installed automatic control systems in all our distilleries, which enable us to exert a more strict conduct of the technological process, to elimination of the subjective human error factor and to improve production yields and better quality control.
For the second consecutive year, we are organising a professional Study Tour for essential oil processing in BULGARIA.
The 2019 tour will take place between May 26th and May 31st.

VISIT THE OLDEST OPERATING ROSE DISTILLERY in Bulgaria!
Built in 1909, Enio Bonchev is the oldest still operating and fully functioning rose oil distillery in Bulgaria.
Over the years people from all over the world have been very interested and eager to come and visit us, to witness the unique rose and lavender production and experience the spirit and fragrance of the Rose Valley.
